Return policy

Returns Policy: Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the receipt of your order. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

Return Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. If you’ve completed all necessary checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@luxeinfinis.com

Sale or Promotional Items: Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please send us an email at contact@luxeinfinis.com

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Receiving Time: The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on your location.
